Who is responsible

Your journal data

The journal you keep in Mind Over Market (trades, notes, balances) is stored only in your own browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, we cannot read it and we cannot recover it. This data is therefore not “processed” by us.

What we receive when you buy

• Order data from our payment provider (Stripe): your name, e-mail address, billing country (and billing postcode/address where tax rules require it), the amount, the payment status and an order reference. We do not receive your full card number.
• Delivery: your e-mail address is used to send you your personal file and a receipt. Our delivery system keeps only the technical event identifiers needed to avoid sending twice.
• Support: if you write to us, we keep your message and our reply.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To deliver your purchase and give support (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud, abuse and licence sharing, and to defend legal claims (legitimate interests).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the sale, acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments and tax tools), our e-mail delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (commonly up to seven years). Support messages are kept for up to three years after the last contact, unless we need them longer to handle a claim.

This website

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts. The optional live demo on the home page runs the product with fictional sample data inside your browser; it keeps that sample data in your browser’s local storage for this website only and sends nothing anywhere. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation. See the Cookie Notice.

Free guide and e-mail list

If you ask for our free guide, you give us your e-mail address through a form on this site. The form sends it directly to our e-mail service provider, which stores it on our behalf, so we can send you the guide and occasional emails about Mind Over Market. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to mindovermarketservice@gmail.com. We keep the address until you unsubscribe. This site itself does not store it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or Israel’s Privacy Protection Law) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use these rights write to mindovermarketservice@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The product is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Our website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date when we do.
